PMLD/ALN Teaching Assistant
Neath Port Talbot

The School and Role
The role of a level 1 ALN Teaching Assistant involves working with Children with a variety of ALN needs. This role requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient teaching assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Aditional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. The school work tirelessly to make sure each of their pupils achieve their potential.
Requirements
The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will have.
- Manual Handeling qualification
- Level 1 minimum Qualification
- Experience of working children and young people with PMLD
- Experience of working with pupils with ALN
- A passion for the progress pupils with ALN
- An ability to work as part of a team
