We're hiring a Manual Turner to operate manual lathes at their Basildon site. If you're an experienced machinist with a passion for producing precision components, this is your opportunity.
🧰 Day-to-Day:
Machine components using manual lathes
Interpret technical drawings and follow exact specifications
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Log production activity and troubleshoot minor issues📜 Requirements:
Experience with manual lathes and high-precision work
Strong engineering fundamentals: measuring, drilling, tapping
CNC experience is a plus
Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude🌟 Why Join Us?
Full-time, permanent position (Monday-Friday, 37 hours/week) - £17.89/hr
Two-shift system with paid shift allowance
