Manufacturing Engineer - Injection Moulding
Witham | Permanent | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong knowledge of injection moulding to support the implementation of cutting-edge equipment and manufacturing processes at our state-of-the-art facility in Witham.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support injection moulding processes and the rollout of new machinery and production systems
Perform root cause analysis on process failures and assist with complex machinery breakdowns
Reduce production downtime through quick-response troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Define and document best manufacturing methods, standard work instructions, and technical drawings
Identify and deliver productivity improvements and efficiency gains
Skills and Experience Required:
A technical qualification in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in injection moulding - understanding of tooling and moulding methods is essential
Background in mechanical engineering and hands-on assembly or maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and documentation
Awareness of Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with 3D CAD (e.g., Creo or similar) preferred
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data management
