Key Responsibilities:

Manage all planning-related activities to ensure delivery of the Manufacturing Planning Schedule (MPS) to time, cost, and quality

Lead and supervise a team of MRP Controllers in scheduling materials and maintaining manufacturing production schedules
*
Maintain accurate manufacturing bill of materials and master data within the MRP system (SAP experience desirable)
*
Coordinate effective non-conformance management and ensure timely completion of related tasks
*
Support resource development through training and coaching
*
Lead process improvement initiatives within the planning function
*
Monitor inventory, assess customer demand impact, and coordinate materials through to despatch
*
Drive a culture of planning excellence and best practice, including safety stock processes and KPI reviews
The successful candidate will have:
*
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing planning, production control, or supply chain
*
HNC level qualification or equivalent (APICs certification desirable)
*
Strong organisational and planning abilities
*
Knowledge of SAP or similar MRP systems
