Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across predominantly digital channels to increase presence, brand awareness and drive customer engagement; this in an outstanding opportunity to join an innovative and creative leader in their field.

This will be a varied role, with a focus on developing the business' digital presence via website and social media channels. Market research and competitor analysis are also key elements of the role to support the identification of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
* Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure they reflect brand identity and are optimised for lead generation.
* Assist in the creation of company pitch documentation. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and case studies to support client meetings.
* Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and keep abreast of competitor activities.
* Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase capabilities with potential clients.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to support business development efforts.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
This is a full time position with options for a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days in the office), based near Skipton. On offer is a salary of circa £30k plus benefits including 33 days leave (rising with service), health cash plan, private medical insurance, and a discretionary annual bonus.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar marketing role and have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media. Applicants must be proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite and have the creative ability to produce professional and engaging marketing collateral. The ability to manage multiple projects at a time would be a great advantage in this role.
