Responsibilities:
* B2B Marketing Execution: Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns targeting business customers
* LinkedIn Marketing: Manage day-to-day LinkedIn activity (organic and paid), applying best practices to grow reach and engagement
* Content Creation & Copywriting: Write clear, compelling content that translates technical topics into value-driven messaging across channels (e.g. web, email, social) including case studies, blogs, presentations, and white papers
* Digital Campaign Support: Use CRM (Hubspot) and marketing platforms to deliver and track email campaigns, lead generation activities, and customer journeys
* Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting on key marketing metrics to inform decisions and optimise efforts
* Event Coordination: Lead in selecting and planning attendance and presence at industry events, from logistics to post-event follow-up
* Brand & Messaging: Manage brand positioning and messaging, managing any external providers (designers, web developers, etc) as required
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Experience Required:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent apprenticeship experience
* At least 3-4 years of marketing experience post-degree
* Strong writing and editing skills, especially in a technical or B2B context (writing will be assessed)
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, and basic analytics tools
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
