Job Description
I am looking for an innovative, strategic, and passionate Marketing Manager to join a leading international events company that specialises in Tech, Finance, Energy and Utilities.
As Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of vibrant live events. You'll unearth valuable consumer insights, roll out creative strategies that drive traffic and revenue, and elevate brand awareness across multiple platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that boost growth and reputation
Manage end to end, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social), adapting globally, managing timelines/budgets, and creating marketing materials.
Lead brand planning, positioning, and storytelling across all touchpoints
Analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform direction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across departments
Mentor and support a junior team member to deliver impactful campaigns
Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on KPIs and ROI
What We're Looking For
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BSc/BA/MS essential)
Proven experience in marketing management, brand development, or a senior marketing role
Strong grasp of the full marketing mix-both strategic and hands-on execution
Expertise in campaign management, CRM tools, marketing automation & analytics
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
Confident communicator with leadership capabilities and a positive, proactive attitude
A digital native-up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, channels, and trends
Demonstrable success in audience growth, lead generation, and campaign optimisation
