Zest4Talent are excited to be recruiting for a unique role as Marketing Manager for a growing company. To be successful as Marketing Manager for this construction services company you must have at least 5 yrs experience in B2B marketing ideally in construction, architecture or SaaS. You will have proven experience developing and rolling out a marketing strategy that concentrates on digital, podcasts, and marketing automation. A passion for AI and its place in the future of marketing is essential. Your hands on approach and your independent, entrepreneurial mindset will support the growth from a £1.5m turnover to £10m.
The Marketing Managers responsibilities will include:
* Developing and deliver a complete marketing strategy across brand, content, digital channels, lead generation, partnerships, and product launches
* Build a consistent system for converting leads across Podcast, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and website
* Drive brand visibility and produce high quality marketing content
* Track and report marketing performance including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
* Work closely with the MD and Founder to create the marketing vision
* Using Mailchimp, Linked in, CRM
* Expanding the Marketing team as required
