Marketing Manager
Location: Glasgow City Centre / Hybrid Working Available
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum
We’re working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who’s hands-on, creative, and ready to take ownership of exciting campaigns from day one.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive marketer who loves variety; someone who can think strategically but also thrives on rolling up their sleeves to bring campaigns to life. You’ll be shaping marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, product, and events, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make real impact. You will be working with some of the best in their industry!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Campaign & Content Marketing
Develop and deliver creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and drive engagement
Produce compelling content across websites, brochures, social, and promotional assets
Take ownership of the company website, with assistance from 3rd parties, ensuring it's fresh, SEO-optimised, and user-friendly
Create engaging product and customer-facing materials (think value props, datasheets, how-to guides, and more)Product Marketing
Collaborate with product and commercial teams to craft go-to-market strategies
Translate complex features into clear, benefit-led messaging
Create impactful visual and video content to support product launches and educationDigital & Social
Manage and grow corporate profiles across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms
Use insights and analytics to track success and continuously improve content strategyEmail & CRM Campaigns
Build and execute automated email journeys to engage and retain customers
Monitor performance, test new approaches, and optimise accordinglyEvents & Promotions
Plan and deliver events, webinars, and customer meetups
Run seasonal and tactical campaigns tied to wider commercial objectivesCustomer Engagement
Help launch new initiatives to engage key customers and gather valuable feedback
Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing is aligned with real customer needsMarketing Operations
Own project delivery from start to finish - keeping timelines and budgets on track
Manage external agencies to produce high-quality creative, content, and digital work
Report on campaign results and share actionable insights with leadershipWhat We’re Looking For:
You’ll have a solid proven track record in B2B marketing experience (tech or SaaS background is a bonus, but not essential)
A flair for content creation and copywriting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with tools like WordPress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CMS platforms
Skilled in managing social media and creating engaging digital content
Great communicator, collaborator, and self-starter
