Math/English Specialist for SEMH Students (Blended Learning)

Key Responsibilities:
* Safeguarding: Make the protection and well-being of all pupils your primary concern.
* Standards Compliance: Fully meet the DFE Teachers’ Standards.
* Inclusive Teaching: Ensure every pupil experiences a high-quality, inclusive education.
* Individual Educational Plans: Write detailed and accurate plans based on each pupil's unique needs, using CATS profiles, EHCPs, and prescribed strategies.
* Assessment Coordination: Coordinate and internally moderate assessments with other teachers.
* Integrity: Act with honesty and integrity at all times.
* Pedagogical Practices: Impart subject knowledge through high-quality, up-to-date teaching practices.
* Meeting Participation: Play a principal role in teachers’ meetings to:
* Induct students for blended learning.
* Deliver an optimal curriculum, especially for blended learning students.
* Utilize remote learning and homework to accelerate learning.
* Coordinate and lead learning for all pupils.
* Contribute to the school's ongoing development.
* Subject Teaching: Deliver quality first teaching across Math or English, as directed by the subject leader.
* Data Support: Assist in the collation and recording of pupils’ attainment data.
