A school in Norwich is seeking a talented and motivated Maths Teacher to join their committed, high-performing team. You’ll bring maths to life for their learners, helping them discover the power and beauty of numbers in the classroom and beyond. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Maths Teacher:
Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching of the maths curriculum
Plan lessons that are challenging, engaging, and rooted in real-world relevance
Track and assess pupil progress, adapting your approach where needed
Foster a classroom culture that values effort, reasoning, and resilience
Support exam preparation, enrichment opportunities, and targeted intervention
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continually improve outcomes
Participate in wider school life and professional development
Ideal Maths Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for maths
Clear, confident classroom communication and effective behaviour management
A reflective and adaptable approach to teaching and learning as a Maths Teacher.
Familiarity with current curriculum and assessment frameworks
A commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for all learners
