£166 - £Scale per day
June Start – Maternity Cover
At Teaching Personnel we are currently searching for a qualified Maths teacher for long-term position to start work after May half-term to cover a maternity position at the school. The school is based in the Merthyr Area and the successful candidate will be covering Maths classes across KS3 & KS4.
Role Requirements:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) whether that be an FQT looking for a new challenge or an NQT wanting to broaden their experience
Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Valid registration with the EWC (or willingness to apply for one)
Ability to provide two school-based references
This fantastic position to teach Mathematics to the next generation is ideal for an NQT looking to get some experience under their belt. The successful candidate can expect to pre-plan lessons, prepare for their classes, and deliver top-tier education to KS3 & 4 students in the Treorchy area.
