Maths Teacher – Outstanding School – Wandsworth (September 2025 Start)
An Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth requires a dedicated and skilled Maths Teacher to join their high-achieving Mathematics department from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5). The school is committed to fostering mathematical excellence and strong student progress.
Responsibilities:
The appointed Maths Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum and challenge students to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for developing students' problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. Assessing student progress accurately, providing effective feedback, and collaborating closely with colleagues are key aspects of this Maths Teacher role. An excellent Maths Teacher is sought.
Requirements:
Candidates must be a qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject. Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level is essential. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and high expectations for all students are required.
