Job Description
We are actively looking for Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join a housing association in the Gloucester area on a 6 month temporary contract.
As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be:
Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
Involved with signing off the EICR's
Qualifications / Experience:
NVQ Level 3
18th edition
Previous experience in quality assuring electrical works
Social housing experience
Previous experience overseeing contractors
Previous experience working with EICR's
As the Electrical Surveyor, you will receive:
£35 -£37 per hour
