Mechanical Assembler
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am–4:30pm
Are you mechanically minded with a passion for building and fixing things? We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. Whether you come from an automotive, agricultural, engineering, or maintenance background, if you're confident using hand tools and can follow technical drawings, this could be the ideal opportunity to apply your skills in a rewarding and practical role.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Mechanical Assembler:
Assembling prefabricated components
Running air lines and completing general mechanical assembly tasks
Fault-finding and troubleshooting small mechanical parts
Working from drawings
Using basic hand tools to build complex assemblies
Requirements for the Mechanical Assembler:
Mechanical assembling or fitting experience.
Experience with basic hand tools
Ability to read and follow drawings or technical diagrams
A positive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
