Our client, a manufacturer of machinery parts, is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Assembler to be based at their manufacturing operation in Rutland
Reporting to the Team Leader you will have responsibility for working on the assembly of bespoke automotive parts. This will involve a wide range of components from metal installation to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
* Use hand and power tools to assembly products
* Follow drawings to ensure products are made to the correct specification
* Commission completed products and fault find any issues.
We are looking for a motivated individual who has Assembly or Mechanical experience within Quarrying, HGV or Agriculture. The ability to read drawings and complete work accurately is essential, it would also be ideal if you had some Electrical experience. Previous experience of using a Forklift truck would also be beneficial.
