Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Sites Cambridgeshire (Mobile role covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Essex) Permanent | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits Recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Services Company At ARC, we specialise in connecting skilled professionals with outstanding opportunities across the building services and facilities management sector. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and expanding facilities services company seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support their commercial maintenance contracts across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties. The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled Mechanical Engineer looking to join a well-established business working across varied sectors such as education, retail, healthcare, and other commercial premises. The role will involve a mix of reactive and planned maintenance, small mechanical works, and fault finding on a wide range of building services plant and systems. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: To be successful in this role, you will hold at least one of the following qualifications: Commercial Gas (ACS) NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning OFTEC Certification TPCP1 / TPCP1A Other recognised mechanical or HVAC-related qualifications We’re especially keen to speak with candidates who bring versatility across mechanical systems, and can work confidently within commercial environments including schools, hospitals, retail parks, and office buildings.
