Job Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergenciesIdeally you will have proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance). Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
