Job Description
Apex are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for there client, a leading M&E services provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a variety of projects, managing all aspects of the mechanical works, and leading a dedicated team to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of the mechanical project from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure all mechanical works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
Implement and maintain effective project management processes and documentation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
The position will be based around Central Scotland with offices in Edinburgh.
