Job Description
RCM Ltd are partnering with a privately owned, Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands with projects spanning across the UK. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential and leisure sectors to name but a few.
We are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers and Mechanical Project Engineers who would like the opportunity to work on small works Mechanical projects from cradle to grave.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* MEP Installations & ensuring that they are completed to specification and high standards
* Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover
* Reporting into the Mechanical Director on a weekly basis
* Provide estimates for potential tender opportunites.
* Overlooking the project from inception through to handover
* Ensuring that materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP Installation / project
* Managing direct staff and subcontractors
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to have the following
* Previous experience in working for an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience
* NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering
* CSCS Card
