Job Description
Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Mechanical Technician looking for a new career opportunity? Our client, a reputable manufacturer based Manchester, is seeking a talented individual to become an essential part of their dynamic team.
Job role:
* Perform duties related to all mechanical maintenance such as servicing and repair of equipment and facilities.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to determine root cause of equipment failure.
* Carry out breakdown and preventive mechanical tasks.
* Use SAP to document findings and ensure all related SAP work process are met.
* Co-ordinate and supervise contract maintenance work.
* Must be willing to participate in an on-call rota (1 in 6).
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) - HNC/HND is desirable.
* Minimum of 3 years experience within Manufacturing (preferably within the Chemical)
* SAP experience will be an added advantage.

* Shift: Monday to Friday - 7:00am – 15:00pm / 10:00am – 18:00pm (weekly rotation)
* Salary: Up to £43,000 (doe)
* Annual leave: 26 days + stats (rising to 30 days after 5 years employment)
