Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13ph paid through Office Angels
Working Pattern: Part Time
Location: Newcastle City Centre (Excellent public transport access, no parking on site)
Start Date: WC/ 19th May
Training Day: 11am-3pm Required Dates:
Saturday 24 May: 11am-3pm
Wednesday 28 May: 11am-3pm
Thursday 29 May: 11am-3pm
Friday 30 May: 11am-3pmWhat You'll Do:
Engage with customers to drive annual memberships
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
Offer support and information about membership benefits
Help customers understand our money-back offer on second visitsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience is essential
Friendly and approachable demeanour
