Delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care
Contributing to the development of innovative care pathways
Supporting local delivery of the Group Nursing Strategy
Driving quality improvement initiatives within your teamWhat We’re Looking For:
NMC-registered Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and a positive, compassionate approach
Passion for delivering the highest standards of mental health careWhat You’ll Receive:
£37,000 base salary
£5,000 welcome bonus (paid in addition to salary)
£1,000 annual performance bonus
