Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers/Learning Disability Carers to join our team. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with mental health needs, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities: - Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental health needs - Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management - Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet individual needs - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate records and reports - Promote independence, dignity, and respect for individuals Requirements: - Relevant qualifications/Experience in mental health or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) - Experience working in mental health support or a similar field - for atleast 6 months - PMVA training (or willingness to complete) - One Day mandatory Health care training or (Basic life support, Manual handling and Fire safety - Face to face training certificates) - Up-to-date UK immunization records and Hepatitis B titre level Blood test results - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexibly and prioritize individual needs What We Offer: - Competitive rates of pay - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Supportive team environment - Opportunities for career growth and advancement How to Apply: If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for mental health support, please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter.
