Contract: Full-time, term-time
Ideal for: Behaviour support, Psychology grads, youth workers, security support, sports coaches, nurture roles, mental health or medical grads, aspiring counsellors or experienced TAs
Start: ASAP & September | Full-time | £95–£100 per day | Long-term opportunities

We’re working with nurturing & forward-thinking schools in South London that are dedicated to transforming the lives of children through care, consistency and compassion. The schools are based across South West & South East London Boroughs therefore, offer opportunities to educators across London with easy transport links.
We are seeking a Behaviour / Classroom Mentors to support students who need that extra bit of belief and structure. Many pupils in this setting have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, trauma or SEMH, and require tailored 1:1 or small group support to thrive.
What we’re looking for:
* Someone who truly listens and meets students where they are
* A calm, consistent and reassuring presence
* A belief that every child can succeed with the right support
* Experience or interest in working with young people with additional needs
* A team player with strong emotional intelligence and communication
The role - Classroom / Behaviour Mentor
* Providing 1:1 and small group mentoring for students with behaviour and emotional needs
* Building positive, trusting relationships and promoting resilience and self-regulation
* Supporting classroom engagement and helping students develop positive learning routines
* Working closely with the SENCO, teachers and pastoral team to ensure joined-up support
