MET Technician
Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for an MET Technician. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.
The main responsibilities for the MET Technician are as follows:
* Carry out body repairs on various vehicle brands
* Mechanical, electrical and trim work including part replacement, stripping and fitting / ADAS calibrations / reset / steering columns / racks / subframes / suspension
* Damaged / defective part reporting during repair process
* Checking new part lists
* Follow correct repair methods as per manufacturer
* Liaise with Parts Department and VDA
* Follow check lists for quality control – lights, alignment, electrics etc
To be a successful candidate for the MET Technician role you must:
* Have previous experience as an MET Technician, Senior Vehicle Technician, Master Technician role or similar
* Happy working in a busy environment
Salary and Benefits:
* £45k - 50k (Basic) / £60k - 70k (Realistic OTE) - uncapped
* Time saved bonus scheme

* Monday to Friday - Saturday overtime
