Job Description
A growing UK-based additive manufacturing specialist is seeking a Metal AM Engineer with experience in build preparation. Operating at the forefront of metal 3D printing, the company delivers precision-engineered components to a range of high-performance industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and optimise build files using industry-standard AM software.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure successful print setups.
*
Conduct DfAM reviews to enhance part manufacturability.
*
Support build strategy development and parameter optimisation.
*
Ensure smooth transition from digital models to physical builds.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in metal AM, ideally with LPBF technologies.
*
Proficient in tools such as Magics, Netfabb, or similar.
*
Strong understanding of build preparation and part orientation.
*
Ability to interpret CAD models and technical drawings.
