Carry out general fabric maintenance and repair tasks across a portfolio of 15-20 office buildings
Basic painting, patching, and decorating work

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
Provide a friendly and professional service to office users and management
Work independently and manage your time effectively
