Join a leading FM company as a mobile fabric engineer in East London.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a mobile contract.
Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
£32,000 - £35,000 + van + Fuel Card
Mobile contract covering commercial and residential in East LondonResponsibilities:
Tiling
Carpentry - Door hanging
Assembling furniture
Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements:
Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
