Mobile HGV Technician – Liverpool
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (some weekend call out cover on a rota basis).
Competitive Salary: from £44,000 + Technician Grade Bonus (OTE upto £50,000)
Generous Annual Leave Allowance + many more benefitsOur client, a leading name in the automotive sector, is looking for an experienced Mobile HGV Technician to join their small but dedicated team in Liverpool. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance and repairs on a wide range of commercial vehicles, this is the opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities of a Mobile HGV Technician:
Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, and coaches.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Provide frontline support to customers within your designated area.
Complete all necessary paperwork for warranty, contract, and retail work.
Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise customer costs.
Work as part of a small team to deliver outstanding service.
Flexibility to work outside of regular hours and assist with weekend call-out cover when required.Requirements for a Mobile HGV Technician:
Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle/PSV maintenance (City & Guilds or equivalent).
Proven experience in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of commercial vehicles.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly desirable.
A full, valid UK driving licence is required (HGV licence is advantageous).
Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
