About the Role
As a HVAC Engineer with a ventilation bias, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of air handling and ventilation systems in commercial settings. You'll play a key role in ensuring comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient environments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on ventilation and air handling units
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and industry best practices
* Liaise with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to deliver a high standard of service
* Keep accurate records of works completed and materials used
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2/3 - NVQ/City & Guilds
* Proven experience working with HVAC systems, especially ventilation in commercial environments such as offices, healthcare, or retail
* Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
