Mobile Maintenance Electrician – Up to £40,000 + Door-to-Door Travel
Location: Commercial office buildings within M25 - South London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Package Includes: Up to £40,000 salary, van with personal use, door-to-door pay, overtime, call-out rota, and ongoing training & qualifications
Join the UK’s leading facilities management provider as a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, working across a small portfolio of commercial office buildings. You’ll be part of a supportive and experienced mobile team delivering a mix of reactive and planned maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance including emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
*
Minor installations and general building services tasks
*
Keeping site logbooks up to date and accurate
*
Building relationships with clients and ensuring smooth site operations
*
Covering nearby sites during staff holidays or absences
What We're Looking For:
*
NVQ or City & Guilds electrical qualifications
*
Experience in commercial building maintenance
*
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
*
Full UK driving licence
