Job Description
Mobile Maintenance Engineer required for our client, a leading provider of maintenance and engineering services, delivering excellence across a range of industries in Greater London.
The Mobile Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for providing first-response maintenance services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for planned, reactive, and quoted works. The role involves overseeing maintenance tasks, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety standards are upheld, completing necessary documentation, and supporting audits and surveys.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties
* Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs on building services assets.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns, providing repairs or guidance on next steps.
* Monitor equipment to ensure service continuity or report downtime issues.
* Support procurement of spare parts and ensure replacements meet required specifications.
* Perform dynamic risk assessments and escalate any issues if safe systems of work cannot be implemented.
Mobile Maintenance Engineer Requirements
* Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration (e.g., C&G Level 3, ONC/HNC, NVQ Level 3).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in building services engineering.
