Job Description
Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a portfolio of modern, commercial office spaces.
Perform electrical fault-finding and repairs on systems such as lighting, small power, distribution boards, and emergency lighting.
Undertake basic mechanical and general fabric tasks where required.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with compliance standards.
Accurately complete site documentation, service reports, and compliance logs.
Communicate effectively with site teams and the helpdesk for efficient workflow and reporting.
Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the business positively across all client sitesBefore You Apply
