Mobilisation Operations Manager Newton Aycliffe £65,000 per annum | Permanent | £5,000 Car Allowance | Experience Essential A highly respected children's care provider is seeking a Mobilisation Operations Manager to oversee the successful launch and growth of new residential services in the North-East region. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure services are compliant, well-staffed, financially sound, and deliver the highest standard of care from the outset. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and play a key role in shaping exceptional care environments and outcomes for young people with complex needs. Candidates for this Mobilisation Operations Manager position should meet the following criteria: Minimum of 6 years' experience in residential childcare, supporting young people with complex needs At least 4 years in a management role with a proven track record in leading care teams In-depth understanding of OFSTED regulations and children's care frameworks Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirable Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Confident in managing budgets, safeguarding processes, and compliance requirements Full UK driving licence required To apply now, please follow the link provided.
