Job Description
Are you a motivated Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of writing business, and a genuine hunger to earn and grow? Sick of getting your own leads and want a company where inbound leads are given to you? If so, then this is the job for you. Must have a CeMAP or equilivant qualification.
The Role: Mortgage Broker
The Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Location: Brighton
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 OTE realistic £65,000 plus
Job role Mortgage Broker
* 1–2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker/Advisor
* Proven ability toclose deals and over achieve targets.
* All leads inbound with a fanatstic client base
* Ambitious, proactive, and financially driven
* Professional, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
* Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
Candidate requirements:
* Whole of market access – giving you the flexibility and breadth to best serve your clients
* Directly Authorised firm – you're part of a trusted, independent business
* Full system setup – The client provides your tech stack and tools
* Training & support – including the option to specialise
* Competitive package tailored to your experience and performance
* Back Office Support so you can close deals .
