Automotive MOT Tester – Southend
Salary: Basic £30,000, uncapped bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, no weekends
Our client is seeking a fully trained MOT Tester to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy main dealer. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.
MOT Tester Responsibilities:
* MOT testing of vehicles
* Carry out basic repairs (and within standard times) economically and efficiently
* Complete work to a high standard, adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes and demonstrate high attention to detail at all times
The Ideal MOT Tester:
* Be an experienced MOT Tester
* Possess a natural aptitude for mechanical diagnosis and repair
* Demonstrate a solid career history from within the automotive industry
* Good Technical knowledge
* Must have a Driving License
* Ability to work without supervision
* Have a VOSA Smart Card
You must be able to produce high quality work in a busy motor trade environment and be motivated through set targets, showing flexibility according to the needs of your team.
