Are you a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to break free from the conventional consultancy environment? My client, a boutique construction consultancy in the heart of London, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

About the Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work directly with partners and clients across a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, high-end residential, and heritage sectors. This hands-on position offers:
Direct client contact from day one - no layers of management between you and key decisions
Project leadership on complex London schemes ranging from £5M to £50M
Opportunity to mentor junior team members while continuing your own professional development

MRICS qualified with 2+ years' post-qualification experience
Strong track record in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
Experience working within London's unique construction landscape
