Cogent Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Multi-Drop Van Driver.
Role Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Multi-Drop Van Driver serving the Shropshire and Mid-Wales areas. This fast-paced role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a vibrant environment and are ready to make a significant impact.
Salary/shift:
* Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 18:00 (flexible)
* Basic Pay: Approximately £35,000 per annum
* Bonuses/OTE: Opportunities to increase earnings based on performance and professionalism.
* Paid training opportunities available.
* Potential progression to HGV driving.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver and collect freight efficiently across designated routes.
* Ensure timely and safe handling of packages.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
* Adapt to the demands of multi-drop deliveries.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar environment (e.g., DPD, Parcelforce, Fedex, DHL) OR
* A clear aptitude for multi-drop deliveries.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
