IMH Recruitment are looking for a reliable Multi Trade operative to work on behalf of our client based in Leicester
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team to assist with fitting kitchen and bathrooms
Duties
* Kitchens – all aspects of first and second fix kitchen plumbing.
* Bathrooms – all aspects of first and second fix bathroom plumbing. Including wet rooms, standard bathrooms, standalone showers and shower over bath.
* External – gutters, fall pipes & soil stacks.
* To carry out all aspects of joinery work on repairs and maintenance and refurbishment projects and new build including first fix and second fix joinery works.
* To remove and replace timber gutter and carry out any necessary repairs
* To lift and fix finished items such as windows, doors, door frames, boarding to floors and walls, sills, skirtings and architraves on new build or adaptations and kitchens.
* To install PVCu windows and doors / composite doors
* To carry out Driver/Labourer duties as and when required
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in chosen trade
* CSCS Card.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience on social housing.
Hours and Pay:
* 37 Hours per week
* £16.39 p/HBefore You Apply
