Job Title: Multi Trade Carpenter
Location: East London
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a well-established contractor based in East London. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £38,000 per year, working across a variety of occupied social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied homes
Perform a range of trades including:
Carpentry (primary trade)
Basic Plumbing
Plastering
Tiling
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelinesRequirements:
Company van and fuel card
Regular working hours, no shifts or weekends
A stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive teamWhat We Offer:
Proven experience working in social housing or similar residential environments
Skilled in multi-trade work with Carpentry as a core skill
Must have your own basic hand and power tools
Comfortable using a smartphone app for job assignments (BYOD allowance of £20.00/month provided)
