We are seeking experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join the responsive repairs team of a reputable local contractor, providing high-quality maintenance services across social housing properties in Essex.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
Installing, repairing, and replacing doors, windows, skirting boards, and other wooden fixtures.
Addressing minor plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and fitting pipework.
Patch repairs, skimming walls, and applying finishes where needed.
Performing wall and floor tiling, including grouting and re-sealing.
Preparing surfaces and applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes.
Fitting and repairing vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles.Requirements:
City & Guilds or Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing, or a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)Benefits:
A company van and fuel card provided for business use
10-hour paid day, which includes travel time.
