Salary: £36,000.00 - £38,000.00 per annum
We have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a leading main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional services and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers.
Responsibilities:
Providing day to day repairs in residents' properties, aiming to achieve a first time fix where possible or managing the residents' expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided.
Undertaking a wide range of repairs and/or planned maintenance works within occupied or void properties.
Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Blue CSCS Card, City & Guilds Carpentry, or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Wood Occupations (desirable) Benefits:

22 days annual leave entitlement increasing after 1 year's service to a maximum of 5 days (excluding public holidays)
