Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join an organisation based in Manchester.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Officer:
Identify and manage low level breaches of tenancy
Conduct estate inspections and tenancy visits
Liaise with third party agencies including local authorities, police and support services
Manage anti-social behaviour
Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance serviceEssential Requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:
