Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer seeking a professional and enthusiastic New & Used Car Sales Executive to join their established team based in Harold Wood.

About the role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the key contact throughout the customer's car-buying journey - delivering exceptional service, understanding individual needs, and helping customers find the right vehicle. You'll thrive in a busy showroom environment and enjoy building relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term customers.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) from 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and engaging customers, both in the showroom and digitally
Listening and identifying needs to recommend suitable vehicle options
Conducting test drives and explaining product features and benefits
Guiding customers through finance, insurance, and part-exchange processes
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Staying up to date with new vehicle launches, offers, and promotions
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
What we're looking for:
Essential:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong consultative selling style with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work flexibly including weekends
Positive attitude, high energy, and goal-drivenDesirable:
Full UK driving licence
Automotive sales experience
Familiarity with car finance and insurance processes
