Konnect Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Executive to join our clientsgrowing team. You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience within our new homes development.
Responsibilities:
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
* Conducting property viewings and demonstrating the benefits of our new homes.
* Providing expert advice and guidance to potential buyers.
* Managing the sales progression from reservation to completion.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
* Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.
* Contributing to the overall success of the development by actively promoting our homes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the property industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive and professional attitude.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* A full UK driving license.
* Ideally, experience in new home sales or a similar sales environment.
