Milk Education is actively recruiting passionate and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) across Liverpool who are looking to kickstart their teaching journey in supportive and welcoming school environments.

What we're looking for:
QTS or working towards QTS (final-year PGCE/SCITT students welcome!)

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm to inspire young minds
Good classroom management and a proactive attitude
A flexible, positive, and resilient mindset
