Salary: £38kp/a
Location: Farnham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am

Set up, monitor, and operate machinery during night production runs
Perform regular spot checks to ensure correct machine operation
Identify and respond to errors or irregularities during production
Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and output
Carry out light maintenance tasks such as cleaning and oiling machines
Follow all health and safety procedures and workplace guidelinesSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Machine Operative
A focused, dependable, and proactive approach to your work
Good attention to detail and ability to stay alert during night shifts
Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
