Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)/Nurse Practitioner
📍Bristol | 🗓Start Date: Early June
💷Salary: £40,600 – £43,650 (FTE)
📅4 Days per Week (Tuesday – Friday)
We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking GP partnership in the Bristol area who are looking to welcome an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Practitioner to their clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and friendly environment across two local practices, following the relocation of the current ANP.
🔹 The Role
* 4 days per week:
* Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 17:30 (Thursday finish at 18:30)
* Starting first week of June
* You’ll work alongside 1 GP, 1 Practice Nurse, and 1 Health Care Assistant per day
* 15 appointments in the morning, 10 in the afternoon + catch-up slots
* Mostly face-to-face consultations (75%), minimal home visits
* Appointments booked by reception with follow-ups handled by clinicians
* EMIS Web system
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Ideally a Masters-level ANP, but experienced Nurse Practitioners will also be considered
* Confident in managing a range of minor illness presentations
* Independent prescribing (V300)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
🔹 Practice & Patient Population
* 9,700 patients across 4 sites
* CQC rated ‘Good’ (last inspection 2015)
* Not currently a training practice but open to supporting a Master’s qualification
* EMIS Web clinical system
