Nursery Manager – Early Years Setting
Telford, Shropshire | Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step into a rewarding leadership role? We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a purpose-built early years setting in the Telford area.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the operational and educational delivery of the nursery
*
Ensure full compliance with EYFS and safeguarding frameworks
*
Inspire and manage a team of early years professionals
*
Foster strong relationships with families and external partners

Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
About you:
*
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK-recognised)
*
Have strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
*
Previous experience in a senior nursery role (e.g., Deputy or Manager)
*
Confident, motivated, and able to lead by example
*
GCSE or equivalent in Maths, or willingness to achieve this within 2 years
